Jesse Peck is from Rockport, Maine and lives in Brooklyn, New York. The son of a builder; he grew up around buildings, on job sites, and with a strong awareness of the built environment. He attended the preparatory school Gould Academy with an interest in competitive skiing and the visual arts. He graduated from Roger Williams University School of Architecture and participated in Columbia University’s School of Architecture New York - Paris Program. For the last nine years he has worked for Polshek Partnership Architects in New York City.
Over the years he has continued to be drawn to the unique character of the mid-coast Maine region, participating in programs at local institutions, such as the Maine Photographic Workshops and the Farnsworth Art Museum. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB). |
